Each month, we will do a random drawing among everyone who has requested a FREE market analysis on their homes in 2018 through the Dana Horne Realty website. This means that a single market analysis in January gives you 12 chances to win!
To enter the drawing, FOLLOW THIS LINK and request a completely free, no-obligation Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your home. This automatically enters you into the drawing. Multiple requests give you multiple entries, so long as you own the home (one request per property).
Dana will then compare your home to others that have recently sold in the area, and give you an estimate of how much you can expect your home to sell for in an informative packet & email. After this you will receive a follow-up call with no obligation. That’s it!
Contest Terms & Conditions: CMA requests must be for homes in the San Diego, CA area for eligibility. Each unique CMA request enters the owner of the home for 1 “ticket” so long as the request is not cancelled, and the contact information given is deemed valid. Each ticket applied to an entrant has an equal chance of winning as any other ticket (e.g. if 100 tickets are entered into a drawing, each ticket has a 1% chance to be the winning ticket, and if one entrant has 5 tickets assigned, they would have a 5% chance of winning.) Requesting of a CMA is the ONLY way to receive a ticket. Each ticket remains valid until January 1, 2019 unless revoked by Dana Horne Realty. Dana Horne Realty reserves the right to revoke a ticket for canceling CMA request, or abuse of rules, and will inform the entrant upon doing so. Employees of Dana Horne Realty, their family members, and their household members are not eligible to receive tickets.
Each “drawing” will be done through a verified random number generator, with 1 number assigned to each ticket, and each having an equal chance. The drawing for each month will be done on the first business day of the following month. Prize winners will be notified via email on the first day, and called on their provided telephone number regularly until Dana Horne Realty has been informed of their prize choice and preferred delivery location. Cash prize will be mailed as a personal check made out to the owner of the home. Credit toward vacation rental will be marked on customer’s online file in Dana Horne Realty’s vacation rental customer database and confirmed to the customer via email; customer will be given a coupon code that can be applied to any vacation rental listed on the Dana Horne Vacation Rentals website. Customer credit can be applied to rental rates only and is not applicable toward additional fees. Limit one prize per person per calendar year.
