Dana Horne – Broker / Owner / Realtor®
Dana moved to San Diego from the New England area over 30 years ago and knew immediately that this is where he wanted to establish himself. He earned his Real Estate License in 1979, his Broker’s License in 1984 and founded Dana Horne Realty in 1987. Dana’s longevity in the real estate business, along with his consistent focus in the San Diego area makes him uniquely qualified to understand the ups and downs of the San Diego market. This expertise has proven to be valuable in helping buyers and sellers to make the best real estate decisions based on the current market. Dana prides himself on his strong customer service and he makes himself available to his clients before, during, and after office hours, seven days a week.
Dawn Youtsey – Office Manager / Real Estate Agent
Dawn is a third generation San Diegan. She has been with Dana Horne Realty since its opening in 1987 and experienced several Real Estate Cycles. Not only is she very knowledgeable but also honest, friendly and dedicated to making sure your experience with Dana Horne Realty is a positive one.
Carla Sharpe – Realtor®
Carla first entered the Real Estate Business in 2004 to work with her long time friend Dana Horne. Throughout her life she has worked in several different Customer Service industries. Her passion is making her clients comfortable, confident and happy when buying or selling their homes. Often times, Carla’s friendly dog Baxter accompanies her to open houses and showings. Her main goal and focus is EXCELLENT Customer Service!
Tanya Rampello – Office Assistant
Tanya moved to San Diego from Rochester, New York in the fall of 2010 and has been working at Dana Horne Realty since June of 2011. Tanya has a variety of office duties and she is the “face behind the scenes” in keeping clients updated on the current values of their homes, making her a valuable part of the team. As an aspiring singer/songwriter, when away from the office, she enjoys spending time creating new songs and honing her craft.
Rebecca Rampello-Horne – Vacation Rental Manager
Becky moved to the San Diego area from Rochester, New York in the fall of 2010, excited to enjoy the great weather and sunshine! As the Vacation Rental Manager at Dana Horne Realty, she strives to keep all aspects of the department running smoothly, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Her goal is to work hard to insure that every guest has an enjoyable and memorable vacation rental experience. She is also proud that Dana Horne Realty participates in the Dream Foundation, donating vacation rentals to terminally ill patients and their families.
